Refund policy

Orders placed during live breaks cannot be cancelled only in rare circumstances will exceptions be made. This is to maintain fairness with everyone participating in the breaks. Individuals may take advantage of cancellations and try to buy only when case or box hits are possibly still active. Live breaks are always fulfilled in the order that they are received.

Items opened during a live break cannot be returned/refunded.

Items paid with installment payments will have an invoice sent within 7 days of due date and need to be paid before that date. Cancellations of installment payments must be requested before 3 business days of payment due by emailing Pokestocked. Installment items will incur a 10% cancellation fee if item is abandoned. Declined payments will automatically cancel the item with a 10% cancellation fee.
